Firm Registration
In 2021, SB 241 was passed requiring non-licensee owned firms to register with the CRB, naming a current California Certified Shorthand Reporters (CSR) employed by their firm as the Reporter In Charge. Non-CSR Owned Firm Registration
All firms not wholly owned by California Certified Shorthand Reporters must register with the CRB. The application is below.

CSR-Owned Firm Registration
Firms that are wholly owned by California Certified Shorthand Reporters do not need to register with the CRB. Those who wish to voluntarily register may do so at no charge using the application below.
